Refund Policy

Plain English and no hoops: if something is wrong, email us and we will sort it. Contact us before your bank - we are faster than a chargeback. Last updated 2 October 2026.

Digital products - guides, the Trading Bible, courses

Non-refundable once access starts. At checkout you confirm two things: that you want access immediately, and that you understand this ends your 14-day right to cancel. Once we deliver, the purchase is final. If you would rather keep that right, do not confirm - and do not buy.
Faulty, inaccessible or not as described: replaced or refunded immediately, with no time limit. Nothing above affects this. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described cannot be signed away, and we do not try to.
Bought the wrong thing? Email us before you open it and we will put it right - swap it, or refund it.

BTR Bot subscription

It is a download. The bot is software you download. At checkout you confirm that you want it straight away and that this ends your 14-day right to cancel. Once your licence key and download link are sent, the month you have paid for is not refundable.
Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for; you keep access until then and we do not bill you again.
On cancellation the software stops opening new trades but never abandons open positions. Your data and journal remain yours.
If we end it. If we suspend or end your subscription for any reason other than you breaking the terms, we refund the unused part of the month you have paid for.
Faulty or not as described: your Consumer Rights Act rights apply exactly as they do for the digital products above.

Mentorship

Your first 14 days. Mentorship is a service, so you keep your 14-day right to cancel even though we start straight away. Cancel inside those 14 days and you pay a fair proportion of the price for what you have received up to the moment you tell us, and nothing for the rest.
After that, cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
Instalments: monthly instalments cover the sessions and materials of that month; programme-specific terms are set out in your enrolment agreement.
Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full as soon as we see them - just email.

How to request a refund

Email delivery@btrtrades.uk and tell us what went wrong. Your receipt number and the address you bought with help us find your order quickly, but you do not have to give them. We respond within 2 working days and process approved refunds within 5 working days to your original payment method. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected by this policy.

Please contact us before opening a bank dispute - we resolve genuine problems faster than the chargeback process, and it keeps prices down for everyone.
